甲醇汽车燃油箱蒸发物吸附装置性能的研究 被引量:6

摘要 通过对甲醇汽车燃油箱蒸发物的测量 ,得到 M85燃料与汽油的昼间换气损失分别为 6.62 g和 1 1 .4g。又通过甲醇燃料箱蒸发物吸附装置性能试验 ,测得活性碳罐对汽油 (M0 )的工作能力高于对甲醇燃料 (M1 0 0、M85 )的工作能力。试验结果表明 ,在正常条件下 ,油箱体积相同时 ,汽油箱燃油蒸发物吸附装置基本上适用于甲醇汽车。如果碳罐扩容 2 8%,就能达到与汽油相同的吸附效果。 The amount of the evaporative pollutants from an fuel tank in methanol automobile was measured. The day-time evaporative emission of M85 fuel, 6.62 g, is lower than that of the gasoline tank which was about 11.40 g. The evaluation of performance of the fuel evaporative pollutants control system for adsorption of fuel vapors was conducted by the carbon canister test system. The experimental results show that working capacity of activated carbon in the canister used for gasoline is higher than that used for methanol. Based on the above results, with the normal conditions and the same volume of tanks, the fuel evaporative pollutants control system of gasoline tank is basically fit for the methanol fuel tank. If the volume of carbon canister was increased by 28%, the working capacity of carbon canister used for methanol tank will be the same with that used for gasoline tank.
