爱西特联合多贝斯治疗慢性肾功能衰竭短期疗效观察

The Observation of Short Term Tffect of Ai Xi Te and Duo Beise on the Chronic Renal Failure Wang Jiahua

目的:观察爱西特联合多贝斯对慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)的短期治疗效果。方法:46例CRF患者随机分 成两组:分别服用爱西特及爱西特联合多贝斯治疗。观察临床疗效,检测治疗前后血清尿素氮(BUN),肌酐(Scr) 及内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)的水平。结果:发现爱西特联合多贝斯对血清尿素氮(BUN)和肌酐(Scr)均有降低作用, 有效率分别为78.3%和56.5%。爱西特仅对BUN有效,有效率为73.9%。结论:治疗慢性肾功能衰竭,爱西特与 多贝斯联合应用优于爱西特单独应用。

Objective:To observe the short term curative effect of Ai Xi Te tablets and Duo Bei Si capsule treat the chronic renal failure. Methods: 46 chronic renal failure patients were divided into two groups randomly, treated by Ai Xi Te or the association of Ai Xi Te and Buo Bei Si respectively. To observe the changes of clinical manifestation,the concentrations of BUN,Scr in serum and the level of Ccr were measured before and after therapy. Results:the concentrations of BUN and Scr in serum displayed significant difference in the group of the association,the rate is 78.3% and 56.5% respectively;but the group of Ai Xi Te had only significant differenc in the concentration of BUN,the rate is 73.9%. Conclusion:The association of Ai Xi Te and Duo Bei Si displayed better effect than Ai Xi Te on the CRF.
