公民教育在中国现代化进程中具有特殊意义和重要地位,笔者认为当前中国公民教育的复兴是中国百年现代化追梦的表征和历史必然;是一个民众自我赋权的行动;它将标志中国人从传统到现代新的生命文明模式的确立;同时也是一种普适合理而且公平可行的教育理念和行动方案。

This article aims to probe into the rejuvenation of Chinese citizen education and its historic significance in the modernization context. According to the author of the following paper, the rejuvenation of citizen education at present is a sign of chasing the centurial dream of modernization and historic inevitability.And it is an action that people compose rights on themselves.The rejuvenation of citizen education is not only a symbol that marks the new mode of life civilization from tradition to modern times will be set up, but also, it is a fair education idea and feasible action scheme.
