Don't Ignore Agricultural Development When Invigorating Northeastern Old Industrial Bases

振兴东北地区等老工业基地不是要单纯地振兴工业,理所当然地包括现代农业发展。发展现代农业,首要目标是大力增加农民收入,缩小城乡居民收入差距;中心任务是不断调整和优化农业和农村经济结构;重点和难点是加快农村富余劳动力转移,实现农民充分就业;根本出路在于打破城乡二元结构,促进城乡经济社会统筹发展,实现城乡一体化。

Invigorating northeastern region and other old industrial bases doesn't mean invigorating industry simply,it,however,includes modern agricultural development.Developing modern agriculture's primary goal is to increase income of farmers,narrow income gaps of urban and rural residents.Its central task is to adjust and optimize the structure of agriculture and rural economy constantly.Its focal point and difficult point are accelerating surplus rural labor moving and realizing full employment of farmers.Its basic outlet lies in breaking the structure between urban and rural areas,pushing forward the overall planning for urban and rural economic and social development,realizing the integration of urban and rural areas.
