连锁经营作为一种标准化、集中化、统一化的经营方式,目前被国内外众多行业所采用。我国四大国有商业银行因管理渠道不畅,管理环节繁杂而导致经营效率低下。因此,必须从连锁经营的管理先进性出发,针对目前网点众多且经营分散的国有商业银行的现状,采取相应的连锁经营管理方式。

As a standard, concentrated and unitied management mode, Chain Operation has been adopted by many domestic and international trades at present. The four major state-run commercial banks of our country have so impeded management channels and complicated management links that they have very low business efficiency. So we must catch the advance characteristics of Chain Operation, facing more web place and scattering management of the four major state-run commercial banks of our country ,then adopt Chain Operation management mode and adopt it.
