医疗卫生机构的服务质量与技术水平评估指标具有技术和社会价值导向作用。该文从当前卫生改革目标角度,阐述了服务质量与技术水平评估指标应与国家卫生公共政策相一致,应建立科学开放的评估体系,以适应社会经济发展和成为推进改革的导向。

The evaluation indicators of service and technology in medical establishments serve as a guide of technology and social value. This paper identified the consistency between national health public policies with the evaluation indicators of service and technology from the view of the objectives of the health reform. It has suggested that a scientific and open evaluation system should be formulated to adequate the socio-economic development and promote health care reform.
