摘要
尊重患者权利是目前医疗行业中的一个热点问题。通过研读《联合委员会国际部医院评审标准》(第2版)中第二章"患者与家属的权利",笔者从重新认识、明确内涵、建立机制三个方面对如何进一步尊重患者与家属的权利进行讨论,指出了当前医疗活动中尊重患者权利,建立医患平等关系的重要性、紧迫性和必要性。
Respecting the patients' rights is a hot issue in medical system. By reading the second section 'Patients' and Families' rights' on the book Joint Commission International Accreditation Standards for Hospitals (Second Edition), the author discusses how to respect the patients' and families' rights from three aspects of reconsideration, definitizing connotation and building up mechanism. The author indicates the significance, urgency and requirement of respecting the patients' rights and building up the physician-patient equal relationship in medical activities at the present time.
