Study on the Index System for Assessing Wastewater Treatment Technology in China’s Western Small Towns

本文在分析西部小城镇水污染及治理设施现状的基础上,阐述了西部小城镇污水处理技术评价指标体系建立的必要性,并对污水处理领域评价指标体系研究现状加以评述,通过西部小城镇污水处理技术选择各种影响因素的分析,建立了西部小城镇污水处理技术评价指标体系,从而为进一步进行西部小城镇污水处理技术综合评价研究提供了依据,对西部小城镇污水处理项目投资决策具有重要意义。

In the article,the research progress of wastewater treatment technology(WTT) and the necessity of establishing index system for assessing WTT of Western small towns are discussed. Based on the analysis of the present situation of water pollution and wastewater treatment in Western small towns,the article establishes an index system for assessing WTT in Western small towns. The indicator system supports the further study of comprehensive assessment of WTT of Western small towns. It is significant to investment in wastewater treatment program in Western small towns.
