摘要
西部大开发必须确立可持续发展的目标模式,必须以基础设施、生态环境、产业结构、教育科学、对外开放等为战略重点,切实做好战略部署,采取科学的战略措施,最终实现西部的可持续发展。
West China development should be based on establishing the goal and pattern of sustainable development and determining strategic points about basic facilities, ecological environment, industrial structure, education and science and open policy. Sound strategic deployments must be made and scientific and strategic measures must be taken to realize the sustainable development of west China.
