A Survey Report on the Ecological Environments in Three Gorges Reservoir Area

由于三峡工程的实施,本来十分脆弱的库区生态环境又一次受到极大冲击,致使该地区成为全国生态环境极度敏感区。身为库区腹地唯一一所高校的大学生,我们有义务关注库区社会发展的焦点、热点和难点问题,去唤醒民众增强环境意识,在生产和生活中,自觉地贯彻科学发展观,实现库区社会、经济、生态的协调发展。

Because of the Three Gorges Project, the fragile ecological environments in this area suffer a big impact, thus becoming the extreme sensitive region of the national ecological environment. Various natural calamities have been threatening the residents here, which has already attracted much attention at home and abroad. Therefore, as college students of the area, we are obligated to pay close attention to the issues in local society, and to provoke people抯 environmental awareness, both in production and daily life, hoping that the scientific development view is thoroughly and consciously carried out to realize the harmonious development of society, economy, and ecosystem in the Reservoir area for an ecologically safe villages and towns.
