高等教育大众化的制度变迁与结构性过度教育

The Systematic Change of Higher Education Popularization and the Structurally Over-expanded Education

本文从制度经济学角度分析了我国高等教育大众化的制度变迁机制,提出与之相关的教育过度问题。我国虽然现阶段存在结构性教育过度,但不存在高等教育总体规模过度。高等教育适度市场化是解决高等教育结构性过度的重要途径之一。

This paper, at the angle of system economics, analyzes the systematic changes of the popularization of higher education in China, holds that at present, there does exist the excessive expansion of education in structure, but not in overall scale, and concludes that market-oriented higher education in a moderate degree is one important way to solve the problem of the structurally over-expanded education.
