Influence of Buddhism on Langya Wangs Literature Works in Nan Dynasty in East Jin Dynasty

东晋南朝时期 ,琅邪王氏众多家族成员都崇佛 ,佛教对其文学创作从思想到题材、风格 ,从诗歌到辞赋、散文等多方面都发生了很大影响 ,产生了不少优秀作品。但总的来说 ,其时佛教文学尚处于发展阶段 ,尚不够成熟 ,像后世那种抒发对佛理深刻体悟并能与写景咏物浑融无迹的作品还较少见。

During the Nan dynasty in East Jin dynasty, most members in Laoya Wang family be lieved in Buddhism. Therefore, Buddhism greatly influenced their literature work s in subjects, style, in poems and odes, and in essays. They produced quite some excellent works, but in general, as the Buddhist literature was still in early part of development, and not yet mature, their works lacked the profound realizi ng on Buddhist theories, and lacked the merging of it with depiction as that in works of later periods.
