摘要
教师教学评价是教育评价的重要组成部分,是对教师教学工作进行价值判断的过程,也是影响教师专业发展与成长的重要因素。对中小学教师教学评价现状和评价体系进行研究与分析可以发现中小学教学评价体系在评价目的、分类和价值导向方面存在的各种问题,为中小学教学评价实践提供理论基础。
As a vital part of education assessment, teachers’teaching assessment system is a value judging process for teachers’teaching, and an important factor to affect the teachers’professional development and formation. The research and analysis into the present situation of teaching assessment system on primary and secondary school teachers reveal that problems exist in assessment purpose, classification and value orientation of the teaching assessment system.The theoretical basis is put forward for the practice of teaching assessment in primary and secondary schools.
