摘要
甘肃民族地区基础教育存在质量偏低,“双语”质量还有待于提高等问题,针对其自然环境的复杂性,经济发展的落后性,文化背景的多元性,提出加大远程教育力度,加强对口资源,实现资源共享等策略和建议,发展民族地区基础教育。
The elementary education is quite poor in the ethnic regions of Gansu where bilingual teaching is to be improved. With consideration of the regions’complicated natural environment, backward economy and multicultural background, it is proposed to strengthen long-distance education, to consolidate relevant resources, and to share them in the hope of improving the elementary education in these ethnic regions.
