应用进出油口独立控制原理改善泵控差动缸系统效率 被引量:20

摘要 针对新型双调速泵控制的差动缸电液伺服系统,特别是应用于注塑机锁模机构的情况进行了研究。在总压力和腔压力控制的基础上,进一步提出应用缸进口和出口独立控制的思想,使缸在运动过程中,背压保持较低的值,系统的压力始终与负载相适应,在满足系统动静态特性的同时,可充分发挥每台电动机的功率能力,同时降低了系统本身的能量消耗和液压泵的发热,减小电动机功率损失近20%,研究工作得到了仿真和试验验证。 The research, for an innovative electro-hydraulic servo system that a differential cylinder is controlled closed loop with two speed variable pumps, specially used to control a clamping unit of plastic injection moulding machine, is carried out. On the base of summer pressure and chamber pressure controller, further a new idea that control the inlet and outlet of cylinder separately is put forward. With this principle the back pressure keeps a constant low value, that make the pressure of system always keeping adaptive with load automatically. The capability of each motor can be used sufficiently, the energy consumption of system and electric motors be reduced greatly, and the heat of pumps also be reduced without any influence of dynamic and static performance of system. The researching work is approved by simulation and test. The results have important significance for developing new type of plastic injection moulding machine with high efficiency and low energy consumption.
