民办高校应当定位造就“银领”人才

当今中国"银领"(介于"白领"和"蓝领"之间的职业技能型)人才,是备受社会青眯的"新贵",在人才市场上,寻大学生容易,找硕士生也不难,但招聘高级技师就很难。民办高校的办学定位应当锁定在为地方培养"银领"人才。
