摘要
新加坡是一个城市岛国,它建国历史短,地少,人稀,资源短缺。然而从上世纪70年代起国家日益富裕,现已成为东南亚重要的金融中心、运输中心和国际贸易中转站。2002年人均GDP已达20887美元。新加坡经济发展的模式可以作为我国当今经济高速发展时期大、中城市的楷模,有许多经验值得借鉴。
Singapore is a city island country with a short state founding history. It hasn't wide territory, many population and rich material resources. However, since 1970s, it has got richer and richer. Now it has been an important financial center, transport center and an international trade transfer station. In 2002 the GDE average per person already reached 20887 American dollars. Its developed mode can be the model for the large and middle cities in the high speed developing period and there are many experiences there are well worth being used for reference.
