摘要
为提高油气远程传输的安全可靠性,本文提出并设计了基于PLC远程阀门监控系统。该系统由一个监控主站和若干阀门从站构成,主站与从站之间采用无线数传电台互连。该系统的突出特点是现场数据采集和设备控制由PLC实现。详细介绍了各阀门站的硬件结构及系统软件设计。实践证明,该系统图形界面友好,可靠性高,操作方便,安全稳定,应用效果好。
In order to improve the safety and reliability of oil/gas remote transmission, the paper presents and designs a remote supervision and control system of valve based on PLC. The system consists of one monitoring main station and some valve substation, which are connected by radio station. The special characteristics of the monitoring system are the introduction of PLC to field data collecting and equipment controlling. The system structure configuration of hardware and the design of software are described in detail. The practice proves that the system has characteristics such as friendly interface, highly reliable, operation easily, safe and steady, and work well etc.
