摘要
根据毛细管电泳信号的特点,研制了基于虚拟仪器技术的毛细管电泳检测系统,系统包含了以单片机为核心的数据采集器和装有处理软件的PC机。系统充分利用Visualbasic6.0在界面设计优势来设计虚拟面板,以及Matlab在数据处理方面的强大功能对数据进行处理和分析,根据Ac鄄tiveX技术实现他们之间的无缝连接。用户可以通过PC的虚拟面板对数据实时处理和分析。本系统摆脱了NI开发环境限制,具有更大的开放性和扩展空间。
A visual instrument for the analysis system of capillary electrophoresis is developed according to signal of capillary electrophoresis, the system includes a data-sample based on singlechip and a PC installing the data processing. Based on Visual Basic6.0 and Matlab, Data is processed by the data processing software . Users can control the data-sampler through the virtual control panel on the PC. The hardware and software of this system break away from the restriction of NI developing environment, so it is more open and more easy to expand.
