摘要
地钻机底座进行模态试验,往往由于工作环境的限制和需要测点较多,给测试工作带来很大不便;根据模 态分析理论,提出了模态测试的一种简便方法,即选取钻台面上合适的部分进行模态测试和分析,并将分析结果应用于 整个底座结构;在ZJ15型钻机底座模型上进行的模态试验结果的对比分析,验证了方法的可行性。
Sometimes the modal tests on rig substructure are difficult because of environmental restriction or need of too many testing spots. To solve the problem, a simple method for modal test is put forward on the basis of the theory of modal analysis, that is, to accomplish modal test and analysis on a proper part of the rig substructure and then apply the analysis results to the entire substructure. The method put forward is confirmed to be feasible by comparison between two modal testing results of a ZJ15 model substructure.
