摘要
采用原位生成法制备微孔PVC/纳米CaCO3复合材料,考察了氢氧化钙浓度、螯合剂柠檬酸浓度、渗透剂用量、CO2通入速度及搅拌速度对纳米CaCO3复合量的影响,并用扫描电镜观察了微孔PVC/纳米CaCO3复合材料的形态结构。
Microporous PVC/Nano-CaCO3 composite was prepared by way of insitu forming. Effects of Ca(OH)2 concentration, chelator citric acid concentration, penetrating agent content, aerating velocity of CO2 and agitating speed of stirrer on the generated quantity of nano-CaCO3 were investigated and the morphological structure of microporous-PVC/nano-CaCO3 composite was observed and studied by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM).
