恒定负荷耐力训练对大鼠骨骼肌细胞凋亡的影响实验

Influence of Apoptosis on Skeletal Muscle of Rats during Endurance Training at Treadmill

采用实验法研究恒定负荷耐力训练对大鼠骨骼肌细胞凋亡的影响。结果显示 ,运动训练可能导致骨骼肌细胞出现凋亡。运动训练导致的肌肉细胞凋亡有一定的时相性和矛盾性 :运动导致的凋亡不是运动后即刻发生的 ,而是延迟发生的 ;运动可以导致骨骼肌细胞凋亡 ,但是运动本身对已经凋亡骨骼肌细胞具有清除作用或对即将凋亡的骨骼肌细胞有恢复作用。

Through using the method of experiment,this paper st udies the influence of apoptosis on skeletal muscle of rats during endurance tra ining.The result shows that sports training can lead to the occurrence of apopto sis of skeletal muscle.The occurrence dose not come into being instantly after t raining,but postpone for a little while.Sports can lead to occurrence of apoptos is of skeletal muscle,but training itself can clear up those apoptosis cells and recover some of apoptosis cells.
