The Removal of the Streaking Noise on Antarctic Satellite Image

摘要 利用二维傅里叶变换进行方向滤波，较好地消除了南极地区影像上的条带噪声。 This paper presents a method that can remove streaking noise better by means of direction filtering based on two dimension Fourier transform.
