摘要
为寻求一种在生产中既简便、快捷又相对准确的检测狐精液精子密度的方法,对来自不同个体蓝狐和银黑狐的多份精液,根据不同的稀释倍数,分别测得了其相应的精子密度、吸光度和视野精子数,从而得出了精子密度与吸光度和视野精子数之间的相关关系。结果表明,精子密度与吸光度之间的回归关系为指数回归,回归关系显著,相关系数高;精子密度与视野精子数之间的回归关系为直线回归,回归关系显著。
Semen samples were collected from different individual blue foxes and silver foxes by massage method. The relationship between sperm concentration and sperm number in the field of vision of microscope and the relationship between sperm concentration and absorption spectrum of semen were studied. The results showed that the regression of sperm concentration and absorption spectrum of semen is exponential, regression correlation is significant, and correlation coefficient is high. The regression of sperm concentration and sperm number in the field of vision of microscope is linear, regression correlation is significant, and correlation coefficient is high. This study will help to determine sperm concentration in semen in a simple and quick way.
