精清对蓝狐精子常温保存存活时间的影响

Effect of Seminal Plasma on Survival Time of Alopes lagepus Spermatozoa Preserved at Laboratory Temperature

用手按摩法采集蓝狐精子和精清,并用同源精清和稀释液分别在不同稀释倍数下稀释同一份精液,测出此种条件下蓝狐精子的存活时间。统计分析表明,精清与稀释液处理的蓝狐精液差异显著(P <0 .0 5 ) 。

The survival time of Alopes lagepus Spermatozoa diluted differently by seminal plasma and dilute liquid was measured in this experiment. Results showed that Alopes lagepus spermatozoa diluted by seminal plasma and dilute liquid had significant difference(P<0.05),seminal plasma is not better for Alopes lagepus Spermatozoa to preserve in laboratory temperature outside body.
