摘要
在乙醇钠存在下,4-乙酰基[2,2]对环番1与乙酸乙酯作用发生claisen酯缩合反应,生成β-二酮2,而与过量的氟乙酸甲酯反应则生成一个呋喃化合物3.文中提出了形成3的可能的反应历程并制备了化合物2,3的铜、镧、铈和格的螯合物.
Acetyl-[2, 2] paracyclophano reacts with excess ethyl acetate or methyl fluoroacetate under sodium ethoxide. In the first reaction, 1-(4'-[2, 2] paracyclophano) butanedione 2 is obtained, in the case of latter a furan derivative 3 is yielded. A multipile condensation and elimination mechanism was proposal for 3 formed. Some chef4ies of 2 and 3 are prepared.
