摘要
采用不完全锐性切割的方法制作兔腓肠肌损伤模型,于损伤后的早、晚期,应用定量按摩器对其进行大小2种力度的定量按摩,观察各组动物的腓肠肌形态学变化,并对此肌的强度及伸长度进行生物力学分析,以探讨按摩力度及按摩时机对骨胳肌损伤后的修复作用.结果表明:晚期大强度按摩治疗组的恢复情况优于小强度按摩组;晚期按摩组均优于早期按摩组及自然恢复组.
The model of rabbit's gastrocneminus damage is made by the part-sharpness incision.Using the quantitative massager(patent No:02256806) to massage by different forces after the early and the late phases of damages in order to observe morphological changes of the gastrocnbeminus and analyze the biomechanical changes of strengths and lengths,and discussing the effect of massage of different phases and forces on the muscular damage and rehabilitate.Results show that the rehabilitate status is different.The high force-late phrase-massage group is superior to the low force and late phrase massage groups and the late-phase massage gruops are superior to the early phase-massage groups and the control group.
