摘要
针对长输管道焊接过程出现的安全问题,分析了焊接过程中的有害因素,并就相关有害因素提出了防范措施。探讨建立和实施焊接过程中QHSE实施程序以及实施过程应遵循的准则,最终进行焊接过程QHSE实施程序的监测审核,为有效地建立焊接过程QHSE程序和焊接过程安全提供保障条件。
