摘要
在0.025mol/LH3BO3-NaOH和0.1mol/LKCl支持电解质中(pH6.5),Cu(Ⅱ)-肌苷的络合物在-0.52V产生灵敏的极谱波,据此建立了测定肌昔的新方法.该波波高与肌苷浓度在8.0×10-7~2.0×10-5mol/L范围内成线性关系,此法已成功地用于药物中肌苷的测定.对极谱波的性质和机理进行了讨论.
A new polarographic wave can6ed by Cu (Ⅱ)-inosine complex in 0.025 mol/LH3BO3-NaOH-0.10 mol/L KCl medium has been investigated. The Polargraphic wave is characterized by an adsorptive reduction wave,and the Peak potential is about -0.52 V (vs.SCE). The peak height is linear with inosine concentration over a range of 8×10-7 mol/L to 2×10-5 mol/L. The method has been developed for the determination of inosine in pharmaceutical.
