By means of analysis and calculation on additional load of ZG series toothed coupling, the operational relationship of additional load was derived, and let it be applied to the designing calculation of coupling in three catalysis devices. After several years' employment, every target has all reached the designing and application requirements, thus changed the phenomena of frequent tooth break off in the coupling.
