SYNTHESES OF 1'-O-BENZOYL-2'3',4' 6'-TETRA-O-ACETYL-β-D-GLUCOSYL ESTERS

本研究以苯甲酸—类化合物为母体，在羧基上引入葡萄糖，形成本甲酸四乙酰葡萄糖酯，合成出１０个苯甲酸类四乙酰葡萄糖酯．对这１０个化合物进行了元素分析、ＩＲ测定，对其中部分化合物作了１ＨＮＭＲ的ＵＶ测定，确证了化合物的结构．对所选化合物５作了质谱测定，化合物１进行了热分解的研究．

O-benzoyl-2', 3', 4', 6'-tetra-O-acety1-β-D-glucosy1 esters have been prepared bymeans of the phase-transfer catalytic method. All ten compounds are discriminated and discussed in thepresent paper. Their chemical structures have been comfirmed by IR,EA and some compounds run byUV and 1HNMR. Compound 5 has been measured using mass spectra and compound 1 identified usingDTA/TG/GC combined technique through heat decomposition.
