Based on above analyses results the paper discusses reasons producing seller’s market power of electric power industry and the effects of it on electric power market. Then, it offers measures reducing the ~seller's market power. The resuts of analyses will be expected to direct electric power regulation and ensure electric power market trade equitable, and improve market structure and dealing mechanism of electric power industry.
