摘要
建立了一种分离测定食品中 6种常见防腐剂(山梨酸,苯甲酸,对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯、对羟基苯甲酸丁酯)的简单、准确的快速气相色谱法,采用 10m长, 100μm内径的HP 5溶融石英毛细管柱,在快速程序升温条件下,六种常见防腐剂的分析时间为 1. 3min。各组分平均回收率(n=3 )为 96. 45%;最低检测限为 1. 2 -10μg/mL;线性相关系数大于 0. 994。
A rapid,simple and accurate method for separation and determination of six common preservatives(sorbic acid,benzoic acid,parahydroxy benzoates)in foods by fast gas chromatography has been developed.The fused silica capillary column used was 10m×100μm I.D.HP-5.Under optimal conditions the six preservatives were baseline separated within 1.3 min,with the average recovery of 96.45%(n=3),detection limits of 1.2-10μg/ml,and linear correlation coefficient of higher that 0.994
