摘要
利用LKB-2277生物活性检测系统,测定了四种鱼肝线粒体的活性及其代谢热。发现线粒体从生物中分离出来以后具有一定活性,并能利用自身营养物生长很长一段时间。四种鱼肝线粒体热谱田各异,但与细菌热谱相似。讨论了热谱图与线粒体代谢的关系。
The metabolic thermograms and the activity of mitochondria from the liver tissue of four species of the fish have been determined by using an LKB2277 bioactivity moni-tor. After isolated from biological living body,mitochondria have still activity and can live for a long time by using the nutrient in themselves. The thermograms of their fishes are dif-ferent and similar to bacteria. The relationship between the metabolic thermograms and mi-tochondria metobolic were discussed.
