作者以１９９３年春投产的无锡梁溪冷轧薄板有限公司的推式酸洗作业线为背景，介绍了该作业线上电控设备的组成及运行状态，卷取机（开卷机）维持恒张力的复合控制法，磁场控制闭环的设计及调整，直流电机容量选择以及有关系统设计和现场调试的若干经验．
Based on a push-pull type acid cleaning line commissioned in Liangxi Cold-rolledSheet Company, Ltd, Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, in spring of 1993, the author introduces thecomposition and operation state of the clectric control equipment on the line, the co-operatingcontrol for maintaining constant tension ot the reel, the designing and adjustment of the fieldcontrol closed loop, selection of D. C. motor's capacity and some cxperiences gained in relevantsystem designing and in shop testing.
