摘要
国家行政公文有情感因素是不容置疑的。公文的情感因素存在于公文内容中,这是由公文的本质属性决定的,它存在于公文常用词语、句子中,以及公文的印制格式、文种等物资协体中传达情感信息。写作公文时注入情感因素是文秘人员的基本功。
It is out of question that the governmental documents of a country should have some emotional factors in them. The emotional factors exist in the content of the document which is decided by the innate nature of the document.The diction, phrases, sentences, printing style and formulation can all convey the message of emotion. It is a basic skill for the secretaries to write governmental documents with emotion.
