摘要
教师教育问题是国内外教育理论界长期探讨的焦点之一。发达国家教师教育的演变与发展为我国教师教育的实施模式改革提供了广泛的参照空间。我国目前的教师教育所显现的诸多问题,迫切要求我们顺应教师教育发展规律,积极借鉴国外的先进经验,进而构建以教师资格认可制度为纽带、实施内容专业化、实施主体多元化的教师教育实施模式。
The issue of teacher education has long been one of the focuses of concern in the field of educational theory both home and abroad.The evolution and development of teacher education in the developed countries has become a good example for the reform of this aspect in our country. Since there are many problems in the teacher education in our country at present, we urgently need to build the teacher education enforcement mode on the basis of the system of teacher's certificate, on the notion that the enforcement contents should be specialized and the enforcement subjects should he pluralized.
