马氏体不锈钢表面激光熔化处理后的组织特征

摘要 作者借助X-衍射、能谱等分析手段对马氏体不锈钢表面激光熔化处理后的组织特性进行了研究。结果表明,经激光照射后,熔化层近乎无扩散凝固,致使凝固成分均匀分布;凝固组织呈辐射状柱晶,但无晶体择优取向。还对激光加热及随后冷却期间进行了传热分析,并对上述结果及组织形成机制作了详细讨论。 In this work,the structure characteristics of surface laser-melted martensiticstainless steel were investigated with the help of X-ray diffractometer,EDAX,computer for beat transfer analysis.It has been shown that the solidification in melted zone occurs with nearly no diffusion of alloying elements after laser irradiation,resulting in uniform compostiton distribution in surface layerl and that the solidification structure assumes columnar erystal perpendicular to the boundary between.melted zone and base material,but there exists no orientation preference.Finally,detailed discussions were made about the results above and formation mechanism of the structure.
