摘要
本文采用求解非线性方程组的方法设计孔型尺寸，避免了因轧件尺寸和孔型尺寸分别计算所造成的误差。实际计算表明，采用该方法，既能达到足够的计算精度，并且收效速度快。
This paper employs the method for solving a system of nonlinear equation to design the size of the pass,thus avoiding the error resulting from the respective calculationsof the size of the rolled piece and the size of the passes.Calculations carried in actual situation showed that,with the method,not only could accuracy in calculation be got,but alsothe convergence was accelerated.
