坚炉球团粘结剂的选择

摘要 根据球团竖炉生产的特点,作者研究了膨润土、消石灰及有机/无机复合粘结剂对生球爆裂温度的影响规律。结果表明,在混合料中只需添加0.02%~0.03%水溶性有机物A或B,就能使膨润土的添加量从目前的1.8%~3.0%降至0.5%~0.7%;若用消石灰系复合粘结剂,消石灰的加入量以0.7%~1.0%为宜,同时加入0.1%~0.2%的水溶性有机物,就能满足竖炉生产对未焙烧球团的质量要求。 Shock temperture is one of the primary factors affecting the quality of pellet andoutput of shaft furnaces. This paper deals with the effect of Bentonite,calcium hydroxideand inorganic--organic compound binder on the shock temperature of iron ore green pellets.It's found that the Bentonite addition can be reduced from 1. 8%--3. 0% at present to0. 5%-0. 7%, when binder composed of Bentonite -organic binder is used in which thewater-soluble organic binder A or B is added at a level of 0. 02% ̄0. 03%;when thebinder is composed of calcium hydroxide-organic binder,the addition of calcium hydroxideis 0. 7%-1. 0%,and the water-soluble organic binder A is added about 0. 1 % ̄0. 2%. Thecompound binders are ideal binder of iron ore pellets for shaft furnaces.
