摘要
本文简略地叙述了WO91型粘结剂的制备过程,并较全面地测定了粘结剂加入量与型砂试样抗拉强度之间的关系,发气量和湿度对抗拉强度的影响。最后讨论了WO91型粘结剂代替桐油粘结剂在铸造工业中应用的可能性。
This paper has briefly described the preparing process of WO91 type binder. Through tests, the effects of the amount of binder used in foundry sand on the tensile strength has become clcar as well as the effects of the amount of gas evolved of foundry sand samples and the relative humidity on the tensile strength. Finally, the possibility of WO91 type binder replacing tung oil used in casting industry is discussed.
