摘要
本文分析了C616车床变速箱传动轴的早期断裂失效原因,得出了失效性质是脆性疲劳断裂所致的结论。传动轴在交变弯曲、扭转载荷联合作用下,加上装配应力较大的原因,由化学成份偏析而引起的回火脆裂纹不断扩展,结果导致断裂。
This paper analyses and discusses the early fracture failure of C616 lathe gcarbox transmission shaft and concludcs that the failure is referred to as the brittle fatigue fracture under the combined load of cyclic bending and cyclic torsion plus the assembly overstrcss. In tempering the embrittlement cracks propagate from chemical composition segregation, resulting in the fracture.
