摘要
对 WD-1钢的高温硬度、抗氧化性、过热敏感性等高温性能进行了试验研究,确证了它作为温锻模具材料的可行性和可靠性;根据温锻对模具材料性能的要求,为这种材料研制了"四步法"热处理强化工艺,并已用于大批量温锻生产;经实际生产考核证明,模具寿命由原来的4000次左右稳定提高到40000次以上,实现了我国轴承温锻模具寿命的重大突破。
The experimental study of the steel WD-1 on its high temperature hardness,oxidation resistance,overheat susceptibility,etc.shows the feasibility and reliability of using the steel WD-1 for the warm forging die.According to the requirements for die material properties in the warm forging,a '4-stage strengthening technique of heat—treatment'is designed for this material and has been used in a mass production The production shows that the service life of the die increases stably from about 4000 strokes in the past to over 40000.The great breakthrough of the service life of the warm forging die for bearing production in China has been achieved.
