摘要
通过对大量在生产中失效的轴承温锻模具进行宏观及微观分析,查明了在温锻工况下模具失效的基本形式;研究并揭示了失效机理;明确了温锻对模具性能的要求;从而为优选模具材料、探索其强化工艺提供了可靠依据。
The macroscopic and microscopic analysis of a vast amount of failed warm forging dies of the bearing in the operation finds out the basic failure forms of dies in the warm forging;furthermore,the failure mechanism is invastigated and revealed,and the requirements for the die properties under conditions of the warm forging are defined.The re- liable basis is provided for the optimization of the material for warm forging dies and the re- search into its strengthening techniques.
