文章通过对重庆市城镇化现状特征与存在问题的分析,总结出在新形势下重庆城镇化进程必将呈现出梯度推进、快速发展的趋势。鉴于此,当前重庆市在引导城镇化发展的进程中,就必须充分利用现有的一切优势条件,根据三大经济区的现有基础,选择切实可行的发展模式,以引导重庆城镇化进程朝着快速、健康、有序的方向发展。

By analyzing the current characteristics and the existing problems of urbanization in Chongqing, this article comes to a conclusion that under the new conditions, the trend of urbanization will appear in the way of advancing step by step and developing rapidly. In light of that, in the course of directing the urbanization of Chongqing, it is necessary to make good use of all the existing advantages and choose feasible modes according to the present basic of the three economic regions in Chongqing to direct a rapid, healthy and orderly urbanization of Chongqing.
