摘要
人力资源开发是东北老工业基地资源型城市发展接续产业的重要工作,既需要对我们已有的研究成果进行改进补充,也需要借鉴国外的成功经验,但又不能照搬国外的做法。应从人力资源开发与资源型城市发展接续产业互动的角度研究东北资源型城市经济社会可持续发展的问题,提出切实可行的对策性方案,推动资源型城市顺利转型。
The human resource development is a key job that the Northeast industry base resource-oriented city develops continuous industry .It needs to improve our research result, also needs to draw lessons from the successful experience of the abroad without complementation of foreign methods. We should analyze the reciprocal effect between human resource development and development of continuous industry. In that case, we can put forward a viable proposal to push resource-oriented city smooth transformation.
