The Contemporary Distant Education is a new education model, which is developed according to the modern information technology. Applying the theory and method of Marginal Utility, Market Demand, Ordinal Utility Theory, Budget Theory in Economics, this paper analyzes the marketing construction of the Contemporary Distant Education and it’s consumer’s behavior, and indicates a good foreground for the development of modern distance education in our country.
