On the Constraint Factors of and Solutions to People's Participation in Public Decision-Making

公众参与公共决策具有重要的意义。但是,在现实生活中,公众参与公共决策要受到公共决策体制、政治文化、参与成本、参与渠道以及决策信息等因素的制约。必须积极采取措施,化解制约因素,扩大公众对公共决策的参与。

Public participation in decision make is of great significance. However, in our daily life, People's participation in public decision-making is restricted by the decision-making system, political culture, the cost of participation, the participating channels and the information of decision-making. We must take positive action to reduce these constraint factors and let more people participate in public decision-making.
