用溶胶-凝胶方法制备了Fe2O3-MnO-LiO2-SiO2系统凝胶。用X射线衍射,DTA-TG分析和红外光谱分析研究了从凝胶到玻璃的结构转变。研究表明,随热处理温度升高凝胶从典型的水解聚合产物向具有连续网络的玻璃转变,500℃开始析晶,析出的晶型依赖于组分和温度,据此讨论了凝胶晶化过程的特性。
Amorphous iron silicate gels were prepared by sol-gel method. Structural studies based on differential thermal analysis. Thermogravity, X-ray diffractometry and infrared spectroscopy indicated that the gels changed towards continuous network structure of glass from the typical hydrolysate and condensate. The materials were indeed amorphous up to 500℃ and then crystallization took place. The type and the size of the crystall depended on the composition. Also, we discussed the particular crystallization behaviour of gels.
