摘要
本文采用高能球磨工艺制备了NiAl纳米晶粉末,研究了这种纳米晶粉的热稳定性。结果表明:经过长时高能球磨处理,可以制备出晶粒尺度为3~4nm的NiAl纳米晶粉。工艺研究表明:影响球磨效果的主要因素有球磨时间和球料比.最后研究了长时高温处理作用下的纳米晶粉的热稳定性并讨论了材料细化的机制.
NiAl nanometer crystal powders could be fabricated by High-energy ball miling(or Mechanical Alloy. MA).Heat stablity of this powder was studied.Results showed that:NiAl nanometer crystal powders which grain size is about 3~4nm could be fabricated by long time ball milling. The major parameters effecting the ball milling processing are ball to powder weight ration and time of ba milling. At last, the heat stablity was studied.
